XavaPro Professional is sold as one license for each developer seat. With the Enterprise and Corporate edition you can add up to 10 developers to your team without buying additional licenses. The Enterprise and Corporate editions include free upgrades to major, minor and maintenance releases for a full year from the purchase date. The Enterprise and Corporate editions include the full source code with permission to modify it. Corporate edition includes support via email and priority in bug resolution for a full year from the purchase date. All editions are royalty free with unlimited number of applications and deployments based on XavaPro.

Community support

Although Professional and Enterprise editions do not include official guaranteed support you can get free support of XavaPro and OpenXava in the community public forum. Most questions in the forum are answered, many of them by OpenXava team members and many of them by other XavaPro customers.

Support conditions for Corporate edition

  • You can send unlimited messages from an unique email account.
  • You cannot open a new topic until the previous one would be closed.
  • You cannot include more than one topic by message.
  • We'll use private email.
  • The response time will be 1 business day 90% of the time.
  • The support includes OpenXava, XavaPro, Java, JPA and integration problems with Tomcat.
  • The support does not include third party libraries (though their jars are included in OpenXava), integration with application servers or portals others than Tomcat, or problems related with your database.
  • The support does not include writing or debugging code.
  • The support does not include hotfixes.

Bug resolution priority for Corporate edition

When you report a bug we'll give it high priority so it will be fixed for the next maintenance version. We publish between 3 and 6 maintenance versions/year. We close a version a week before its publication.
