XavaPro new pricing

After 8 years with the same pricing, we have revised XavaPro pricing and available editions. Basically, we are going to remove the current Enterprise edition, we'll rename the current Enterprise for Teams as just Enterprise, and we'll raise the price of the Professional edition. Moreover, the pricing will be in USD. All this from December 1st, 2022. 

That is, the current editions and prices for XavaPro are:

• Professional: 399 EUR / 449 USD. 1 developer. No updates, no source code, no support. 
• Enterprise: 599 EUR / 649 USD. 1 developer. Updates, source code, no support.
• Enterprise for Teams: 999 EUR / 1099 USD. 1 to 10 developers. Updates, source code, no support.
• Corporate: 3999 EUR / 4399 USD. 1 to 10 developers. Updates, source code, support.

The editions and prices from December 1st, will be:

• Professional: 599 USD. 1 developer. No updates, no source code, no support. 
• Enterprise: 999 USD. 1 to 10 developers. Updates, source code, no support.
• Corporate: 3999 USD. 1 to 10 developers. Updates, source code, support.
