XavaPro 7.0.2 released

XavaPro 7.0.2 is a maintenance version with several bug fixes:

• Works with OpenXava 7.0.2.
• Fix: DB initial setup fails with MS SQL Server if default schema is used and schema generation is off.
• Fix: Creating organizations fails with Microsoft SQL Server when automatic schema generation is off.
• Fix: Images (or any big editor) in element collections are shown too small in mobile UI.
