OpenXava with AI - Refine the UI

Lesson 3 of a course where we are building a car insurance policy management system in Java. We use an AI to write the code for us, with Windsurf as the IDE and OpenXava as the framework.

In this third lesson we start refining the default user interface generated by OpenXava, making it simpler and cleaner. We do this by giving instructions to Windsurf, in English, without using technical terms from Java or OpenXava.
